U by Kotex’s #PlayOnMyPeriod campaign is a poignant reminder to young girls and women athletes that periods don’t have to be an obstacle as they play their sport. With an ongoing commitment to both destigmatize and normalize periods, U by Kotex has constantly made space to discuss how periods are part of everyday life and how to manage playing sports while on your period.
Through tapping athletes like New York Liberty’s Brianna Stewart, Atlanta Dream’s Te-Hina Paopao and Minnesota Lynx’s Courtney Williams and Natisha Hiedeman, known as the StudBudz—all of whom enter the 2025 WNBA Playoffs—the campaign showcases between powerful performance of both women in sports and U by Kotex’s products.
