Coach joins the WNBA as its Official Handbag Partner
In a multiyear agreement, Coach joins the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) to become the league’s official handbag partner.
In an effort to build the bridge between sports and fashion, the luxury handbag brand will also partner with five members of the WNBA’s incoming class—Paige Bueckers , Hailey Van Lith, Aneesah Morrow, Kiki Iriafen and Sonia Citron—to feature their style through storytelling while encouraging self-expression.
Coach is the presenter of the WNBA Draft’s Orange Carpet and will also be the presenting partner of WNBA Pride. In addition, they will spotlight the third season of the limited content series, Pride is Love, available on the WNBA app, as well as the league’s nationally televised games.
In addition to the WNBA Draft and WNBA Pride, Coach will be present at the AT&T WNBA All-Star 2025 as an associate partner.
"Coach and the WNBA share a belief in the power of self-expression," says Coach Chief Marketing Officer Joon Silverstein in a press release. "We're excited to partner with this league, an organization that uniquely champions individuality, and to support these courageous athletes who are breaking molds both on and off the court, inspiring our audiences to embrace the many possibilities of who they are and who they can be."
