In an effort to improve financial health, Experian has partnered with ForgiveCo and Louisiana State University (LSU) women's basketball player, FlauJae Johnson, to relieve $5 million dollars of consumer debt for 5,000 families in Louisiana.

The company has also agreed to relieve an additional $100,000 (up to a total of $500,000) of consumer debt each time Johnson's team, the Tigers, win a game during the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I women's basketball tournament.

Beneficiaries will be on the receiving end of Experian's premium membership that unlocks a bevy of tools to assist in improving financial literacy and financial welfare.
